Every provider subject to EVV self-registers with CalEVV — including providers who use an Alternate EVV system. During registration you say what your staff will use to collect EVV data. Choose Alternate EVV system and name Casaba. The choice can be changed later if it ever needs to.
The number appears on screen as soon as you finish, and a confirmation email sends it to the address you entered. Keep it somewhere your team can find it — it is what you use to access training and to reference your account with support.
Log into your CalEVV account and check your provider identifiers for accuracy and completeness.
The identifier CalEVV needs from a regional center provider is the vendor number assigned by your vendoring, or courtesy vendored, regional center — the same number you use during eBilling. It is two letters followed by four numbers:

Your CalEVV account must reflect every regional center and every vendor number under which you capture and send EVV visit data. Agencies working with more than one regional center are the usual place this gets missed.
